What we actually do

We're a junk removal and hauling outfit working across the Denver metro. Households, landlords, realtors, estate executors and contractors. Some days that's one mattress out of a third-floor walkup. Other days it's a four-bedroom property that has to be empty before a closing on Friday.

How we price

By volume — how much of the truck your load fills — quoted before anything moves. Not by the hour, because you shouldn't pay for us to be slow. Not by the item, because counting boxes is a bad use of everyone's morning.

The exception is heavy inert material: concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing. Those go by weight, because that's how the transfer station charges us and pretending otherwise would mean either overcharging light loads or losing money on heavy ones.

If a job turns out bigger than described, we re-quote before loading rather than after. Nobody should get a surprise number when the truck is already full.

Where the stuff goes

Not all of it to landfill, and less than you'd think. Usable furniture, appliances, kitchenware and clothing go to donation partners. Metal, electronics and mattresses have recycling routes. Green waste is separated. What's genuinely finished goes to the transfer station.

We're not going to claim a percentage figure, because it varies enormously by job — a garage cleanout diverts far more than a demolition haul. What we'll tell you is what's happening with your specific load if you ask.

What we won't take

Household hazardous waste: paint, solvents, pesticides, pool chemicals, automotive fluids, propane. Asbestos-containing material, which needs licensed abatement. Medical waste. Ammunition. These aren't judgement calls, they're regulated streams, and putting them in a truck with everything else is how people get hurt and companies get fined.

Licensed and insured

Both, and we'll send the certificate before the job if your building, HOA or property manager needs it. Commercial and multi-family clients usually do.
