Construction debris, cleared between phases.

Demo waste, offcuts, torn-out flooring, old fixtures. We work around trade schedules and can come back as many times as the job needs.

Typical construction debris jobs

Most jobs land in one of these. Access and volume are the variables.

SituationTypical
Single-room demo$300 – $500
Kitchen or bath teardown$450 – $750
Whole-floor renovation$800 – $1,500
Concrete, brick, dirtPriced per ton

Heavy inert material is priced by weight because transfer stations charge that way. We'll tell you which applies before we load.

Detail

What's involved

What we take

Drywall, lumber, trim, cabinetry, countertops, flooring and underlay, tile, doors, windows, fixtures, roofing, siding, fencing and deck boards.

Why heavy material is priced differently

Volume pricing works for bulky, light material. It falls apart on concrete, brick, dirt, tile and roofing, because a quarter-load of concrete weighs more than a full load of furniture and the transfer station charges accordingly. Those go by the ton. It's not a surcharge, it's a different unit.

Working with contractors

Repeat pickups on the same project can run on account rather than job-by-job invoicing. If you're running multiple sites, one point of contact and one monthly invoice is usually easier for everyone.

What we can't take

Asbestos-containing material requires licensed abatement and has to be handled before we arrive. If a property is pre-1980 and you're tearing out popcorn ceiling, insulation or old floor tile, get it tested first. We'd rather lose the job than move that material.

Questions

Construction debris questions

Can you come mid-project?

Yes, and most construction work is exactly that. Scheduled returns between trades are common.

Do you provide a dumpster instead?

We're a load-and-haul service rather than a container rental. For long projects with continuous waste, a roll-off may suit you better and we'll say so.

What about asbestos?

We don't handle it. It needs licensed abatement first. If you're unsure, test before demo rather than after.
